How we work.

Every inspection covers the interior, subfloor and roof void where accessible, plus the exterior and surrounds. Inspectors use moisture meters, torches and, where appropriate, thermal imaging. You get a written report with photographs and clear recommendations within a day or two.
If we find active termites or damage, we'll walk you through your options before any further work is quoted. No pressure, no scare tactics, just straight answers.
